Complaints

H&H Insurance Brokers take complaints very seriously. We welcome your views on any aspect of our service and if we fail to meet your  expectations, we need to know. As we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority we have strict guidelines to adhere to in respect of handling customer complaints to ensure all our customers are treated fairly.

In particular we must respond to any complaints within specified time limits. Most complaints are resolved within 48 hours, however if this is not possible, please refer to our complaints procedure & follow the instructions.
